RideStats.app is a privacy focused cycling app. We value and respect everyone’s right to privacy. We don’t collect any more data than we need, and we do not share data with anyone else.

We don’t include any kind of user tracking. We don’t store your location or any other identifiable data on our servers.

Subscription

Subscription handling is done via RevenueCat.

Location services

RideStats.app shows location data bassed off of what is stored in the .fit files. There is no request for location data based via macOS.

Data Sync via iCloud

If you choose to enable data syncing, your ride data (the .fit files) get stored in iCloud so that they are available on devices which you have logged in to using the same apple id.

The data is stored in your private database and is only accessible to you.

Information for European Union customers

By using our apps and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.

International transfers of information

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
